About The Role

Basic Purpose: Currently the position involves handling all coolants and oils for all machines, operating forklifts, as well as the performance of any other maintenance utility duties as requested.

Shift: 2nd and 3rd

Pay: $18.00 + 10% Shift Differential

  • Must be currently eligible and authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis.
  • Must be able to continuously meet the Company’s production requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous interruptions.
  • Good oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.
  • Able to follow instructions, written and verbal.
  • Able to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner.
  • Able to appropriately handle stress and interact with others.
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, push and pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
  • Aptitude required to understand and apply directions for operating various machinery.
  • Able to read blueprints.
  • Able to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure quality work.

TOP ACTUAL TASKS

  • Carry out all waste products from the Plant and dispose of properly (coolants, chips, pallets, cleaners).
  • Refill machines with coolants that have been mixed properly.
  • Complete all paper work correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Drive company car to run errands off of Company premises on occasion.
  • Rebuild pneumatic pumps as needed.
