Pay

Starting rate: $23.00/hour (plus $1.00/hour shift premium for night shift)

Schedule

Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)

Responsibilities

• Train in multiple production areas, including Melting, Casting, Homogenizing, and Cutting
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, payloaders, specialized lifts, and bridge cranes
• Load and unload materials, operate saws, package finished products, and support production operations
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE while working in a heavy industrial environment
• Perform general production duties in both hot and cold working conditions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous industrial manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience operating forklifts, payloaders, bridge cranes, or other mobile equipment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple production processes
