About the role
As a Utility Team Member, you will join the utility department and assist multiple departments as needed. This versatile role requires well-rounded basic construction experience, precise measurement skills, and an eye for detail to ensure our homes are beautiful for our customers. The position involves completing up to 3-4 floors per day and handling additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds continuously throughout the shift
- Stand and bend over for the entirety of the shift
- Assist multiple departments as needed
- Complete up to 3-4 floors per day
- Perform additional duties assigned via the task stacker to support internal and external departments
- Ensure attention to detail to enhance the aesthetic and quality of homes
Requirements
- Well-rounded basic construction experience (prior construction experience in a recent role preferred)
- Precise measurement skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds continuously
- Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods
Pay
This is a level DELTA role with a starting pay of $29.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $29.00 per hour and may progress to $31.00 per hour after successfully completing a 30-day introductory period.
