Utility Associate/ Handyman

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of machines, building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and safety equipment like fire extinguishers to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and fix issues with fixtures, furniture, or specialized production equipment using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Perform general tasks such as painting, minor carpentry, floor care (waxing/buffing), and window cleaning.
• Handle exterior duties including lawn mowing, snow removal, and parking lot debris cleanup.
• Track work orders, log activities, and maintain a supply of cleaning or repair materials.
