Utility Associate

About the role

Hourly rate for Utility Worker during training period: $17.50/hr. After training: $18.00/hr with room to grow as you progress in your career.

Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring and emptying waste bins on the production floor
• Back tending and moving rolls of paper
• Loading bailer
• Wire pulling and cutting
• Effective use of a tape measure and hand tools
• Possible introduction to forklift, which includes RF scanner
• Entry-level helper role for 30-90 days

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule
• Ability to effectively read a tape measure
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
