Utility Aide | Full Time

About the role

Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused Utility Aide to join our team! The Utility Worker performs a number of kitchen activities including pot washing, dish washing, general cleaning duties and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties.
• Sets up the dish and pot washing area.
• Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Empties trash containers as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including morning and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day.
• Minimal work experience.

Pay & Schedule

• Wage rate: $17 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating weekends; 7AM - 3PM
