Utility A / Warehouse Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a Utility A Worker/Rubber Shop Warehouse team member to join our fast-growing, technology-driven manufacturing company. This full-time position involves working with rubber materials, operating machinery, and assisting in various warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Loads rubber material weighing 10 to 45 lbs. to the operator, requiring bending, lifting, and standing for 4-6 hours.
• Cleans completed rubber components with a stationary drill bit while the product is spinning, ensuring precise removal of excess materials.
• Trims rubber components using scissors to achieve a smooth finish that meets engineering specifications.
• Assists the Mill operator with loading and unloading raw rubber material for press production runs.
• Operates and/or assists the Press Operator in loading and unloading rubber molds.
• Operates a forklift to move material between warehouses.

Requirements
