Utilities/Waste Treatment Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Mckee Foods is seeking a 1st Shift Utilities/Waste Treatment Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. The role involves providing leadership and support for all dimensions of the Utilities and Waste Treatment operations, developing and monitoring predictive and preventative maintenance programs, implementing Lean Principles, and supporting environmental compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience
• Mechanical background in various types of waste water, steam boiler, air handler and process chiller equipment
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Industrial electrical knowledge
• Computer skills
• Production maintenance experience
• Planning and scheduling with CMMS software
• Waste Water training
• Steam/Hot Water Boiler Safety training
• FDA(CFR21) and cGMP(current good manufacturing practices) experience

Pay and Benefits

• Salaried grade 8: $87,500 - $99,800/year, depending on experience and qualifications
• Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance
• Exempt
• Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
• On-site Weekend, holiday, and/or other hours will be required at times
