About the role
Ensures safe and compliant operation and maintenance of all utility systems in accordance with contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily O&M for water, wastewater, electrical, and mechanical utility systems.
- Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response.
- Cook up with other annex managers and personnel to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain records, logs, and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience operating and maintaining utility systems of similar size and complexity.
- Must be on-site during Government working hours and available within one hour after hours.
Qualifications
- Preferred/Desired Certifications: State utility operator licenses (water/wastewater/electrical).
- *1-2 years experience with NAVFAC utilities operations highlight desirable.
- *CMMS/Maximo proficiency.
Special Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation.
