Utilities Supervisor

About the role

The Utilities Supervisor oversees the maintenance and repair of all company facilities and equipment. They are responsible for ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that safety protocols are being adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility maintenance team
• Ensure all equipment and systems are maintained and repaired according to manufacturer specifications
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services
• Perform routine inspections of all facilities and equipment
• Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and/or engineering
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD, SAP, and project management tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
