Responsibilities
- Determines schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.
- Maintains work areas and inspects tools and equipment to ensure safe conditions and adherence to procedures and safety rules.
- Evaluates employee work levels and reviews performance.
- Counsels employees on work-related issues and assists in addressing skill deficiencies.
- Solicits materials and supplies, including tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to guide construction and layout of reference points for workers.
- Trains workers in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, and equipment use.
- Maintains documentation of utility equipment operations parameters and ensures compliance with manufacturer's manuals and recommendations.
- Provides technical support and advice to ensure operational activities comply with corporate and government policies and regulations.
- Communicates with clients to understand their needs and expectations, anticipate potential issues, and address them promptly.
- Ensures all documentation is accurate, organized, and error-free.
- Monitors service quality and gathers client feedback to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Issues performance reviews for employees under supervision.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, fostering open communication and trust.
- Alerts management to problems and offers recommendations for improvement.
- Works collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a quality-focused environment.
- Complies with Mentor Technical Group's administrative requirements, including reporting, updating CVs, and attending meetings.
- Attends Project Leaders/Managers meetings and follows up on action items discussed.
Requirements
- Associate degree in engineering, electronics, mechanic, refrigeration, or related field, with 7 to 12 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field, with 5 to 10 years of related experience.
- Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environments and supervisory roles.
