About the role

Flynn Arby’s, the largest Arby’s franchisee in the world and part of the Flynn Group portfolio of premier restaurant brands, is seeking a General Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high‑volume restaurant, showcase leadership skills, collaborate with a dedicated team, and ensure flawless execution of operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team to consistently demonstrate exceptional work behaviors and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management.
• Implement and maintain strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and successful execution of promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high‑volume establishment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data for informed decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
