Responsibilities

• Be the go-to leader when the Store Manager is away
• Ensure our guests receive exceptional service
• Keep the team motivated with daily to-dos and high spirits
• Tackle any challenges with customers, teammates, or vendors with a smile
• Oversee inventory, special orders, and closing duties as needed
• Keep the Store Manager updated on all the good stuff
• Jump in wherever needed to make the day smooth

Physical activities

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day
• Must be able to work at various heights, including floor level, with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay

Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 (salary + commission)
