Reporting to the SVP, USIS Data, this executive manages high-stakes relationships with data providers, exchanges, and internal business units (BUs). The VP is a primary evangelist for data value, driving scalable growth through innovative sourcing, rigorous governance, and sophisticated negotiation of complex, high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance leadership. Align competing agendas across Business Units (BUs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure consistent execution of high-visibility, global programs.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Develop and mentor a high-performing global organization. Build a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement, empowering the team to deliver "best-in-industry" results.

Requirements

  • Executive Influence: Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority. Expert negotiation skills for complex, multi-million-dollar data agreements and licensing frameworks.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep subject matter expertise in financial services, identity & fraud, data and analytics business models, and the regulatory environment. Ability to serve as a thought leader on data policy and industry trends.
