Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Scans guest tickets upon entry to an event and guides guests to their seats
- Collects and validates patron tickets to events
- Provides information to patrons about the venue
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
- Addresses patron complaints and issues or refers them to a Shift Manager, as needed
- Affords assistance in maintaining a safe and secure patron experience according to department policies and procedures
Minimum Education and Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Competencies
- Good verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Arena and the property layout
- Ability to work as part of the event staff team
Training Requirements
- Knowledge of the Casino property and its offerings
- Knowledge of the Arena’s emergency evacuation plan
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
