Job Profile

Penn Live Arts (PLA) at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking enthusiastic customer service oriented part-time Ushers to join PLA’s Front of House team.

Responsibilities

• Way finding
• Ticket taking
• Serving as a point of contact for patrons
• Passing out programs
• Enforcing theatre/building policies
• Assisting patrons with accessibility needs
• Overseeing load in and load out of rental sets
• Other duties as needed
