About the Role

The Ushers provide comprehensive guest services support for Athletic Department, University and External Events held on the Notre Dame campus with a focus on safety, operational effectiveness, and hospitality. The Usher Program seeks to set the industry standard for guest services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive guest services support for Athletic Department, University and External Events held on the Notre Dame campus with a focus on safety, operational effectiveness, and hospitality.
• Understand and adhere to established University of Notre Dame’s policies and procedures.
• Avoid having a neat and professional appearance.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able to lift, and reach and bend.
• May be required to be outdoors during inclement weather.
• Read and decipher small print on tickets and must be able to think on their feet.

• Great interpersonal skills are critical.
