Job Order
Hourly Rate of Pay: $25.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
Effective Date
Effective July 1, 2025, candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification.

Management Preferences/Description of Duties
Assist with performing test runs of scheduled audio/video meetings within conference rooms with DHHS employees. Troubleshoot and analyze technical issues and escalate when applicable.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution plus one year of experience in the information technology field related to the position’s role;
- Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience in the information technology field related to the position’s role;
- High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of experience in the field of technology related to the position's role;
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
