User Provisioning Analyst

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary range: $37.93–$40.97/hour (full range $37.93–$68.68/hour); final offer based on qualifications, experience, and budget.

About the role

Reporting to the BFS Administrative Manager, the User Provisioning Analyst provides operational and administrative support for user access management, provisioning coordination, and system-access compliance activities within the Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) environment. The role serves as the primary point of contact for access-related inquiries and Tier 1 support, manages ServiceNow ticket workflows, and ensures compliance with role-based training and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of user access requests—triage, assignment, and resolution—using ServiceNow.
• Execute day-to-day user provisioning activities in OFC, including staging access for final validation and approval.
• Review requests for completeness and adherence to established provisioning procedures and security protocols.
• Maintain Campus Role Security Analyst (RSA) access lists and related access documentation.
• Verify completion of required role-based training before staging system access.
• Support compliance with campus and system-wide access management requirements and internal control standards.
• Serve as the primary Tier 1 support resource for OFC user access and provisioning inquiries.
• Respond to user questions, troubleshoot routine access issues, and escalate complex matters to functional or technical teams.
• Track and monitor support requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Provide guidance to users on provisioning procedures, access requirements, and support resources.
• Maintain and improve provisioning documentation, workflows, and compliance-related processes.
• Assist Business Systems Analysts and compliance teams in updating documentation for provisioning workflows and support procedures.
• Participate in process-improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of provisioning activities.
• Support audit and compliance reviews by providing documentation and access-related records as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• 1–3 years of experience serving as a primary point of contact for support, resolving routine inquiries, and managing escalations.
• 1–3 years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of user access requests using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
• 1–3 years of experience participating in team process reviews to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• 1–3 years of experience drafting, maintaining, and updating formal documentation for workflows, support procedures, and internal control standards.
• Exceptional customer-support skills with a proven ability to resolve Tier 1 system-access issues and guide users through procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience managing user provisioning, role assignments, and access administration within Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) or a comparable enterprise ERP environment.
• 1–3 years of experience navigating and administering user access and controls within Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) or a similar enterprise ERP system.
