User Interface & User Experience Manager

About the Role

You will be responsible for collaborative working across the organization to create digital experiences that are user-friendly, intuitive, accessible, responsive, and friction-free. You will focus on optimizing conversions, increasing user satisfaction, and maintaining visual and brand consistency across customer-facing digital experiences. Working collaboratively with IT and other teams, you will create a cohesive roadmap for enhancements and translate user, business, and technical insights into applicable UX/UI recommendations. You will report to the Director – Experience Performance & Enablement and use a hybrid work schedule.

What You Have

  • A Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: user experience design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, graphic design, visual communication, digital design, computer science, or information systems. We may consider equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in UI/UX design
