What You Will Do

  • Create compelling designs for user scenarios, process flows, annotated wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts, adhering to established design delivery standards.
  • Gather and synthesize user needs through stakeholder interviews, functional and non-functional specifications, usability studies, and surveys. Conduct benchmarking and requirements gathering, leveraging data to inform design decisions.
  • Become a subject matter expert in a robust Design System, actively leveraging and extending its style guides, patterns, and assets. Contribute to its ongoing evolution and collaborate with the platform team to address design system requirements.
  • Work closely with design leads to ensure timely delivery of designs for critical projects. Support the development and execution of A/B testing initiatives.
  • Utilize tools like Figma, Miro, and UserTesting to create and deliver high-quality UX/UI research and designs for digital products. Actively contribute to the design team's growth and impact within our client’s organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with Digital Product Owners, Marketing Partners, Digital Merchants, Analytics teams, and Platform/IT teams to align design solutions with overall business and user goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Design-related discipline (e.g., digital product design, graphic design, visual design, service design, interaction design, human factors, information architecture).
  • 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • A strong understanding of UX methodologies, including various UX research methods.
  • Conceptual thinking skills, coupled with a mobile-first and AI future-ready mindset.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with a learner’s mindset, capable of working independently while also building relationships, establishing trust, and collaborating effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Figma Design and experience working with robust Design Systems.
  • Familiarity with research methods and accessibility standards.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your attention to detail and UX/UI design acumen, including design rationale, research, and responsive digital environments.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce or digital product design.
