User Interface Designer

About the role

This is a full-time User Interface Designer role based in Dallas, GA with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The User Interface Designer will create and refine user interfaces for web and digital products, ensuring visually appealing and accessible designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing mockups and design prototypes, collaborating with UX designers and developers, and translating user and business requirements into intuitive layouts and interactions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain design consistency, iterating on feedback, and supporting front-end implementation of UI components.

Qualifications

• Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills to create clean, consistent, and engaging interfaces.
• Ability to produce detailed Mockups and design prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and layout.
• Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles to align interfaces with user needs and behaviors.
• Basic to intermediate Front-End Development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and usability insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
