About the Role

We’re looking for a User Group Data Admin and Photo Support Intern to provide essential support to the User Group team by assisting with product shipments, paperwork management, organization, and general administrative tasks. This busy User Group department handles a full slate of Before & After photo shoots for health, beauty, and wellness products. We seek a candidate with strong Capture One experience and digital asset management skills to support the User Group Photographer and the broader team. A solid understanding of photography is a plus.

Location: Full onsite at Woodland Hills, CA HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with User Group Before & After photo tracking grid (SOP) and naming conventions.
  • Run Capture One at User Group photo shoots to queue up “Before” photos for the shooter, name assets, and organize and track each digital photo in the SOP in real time.
  • Scan, label, and file paperwork in Google Drive for easy access and retrieval.
  • Gain familiarity with internal systems and assist the team in optimizing workflow.
  • Provide additional administrative and organizational support as needed to keep the user group program running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Experience assisting photographers, photo media management, and managing/implementing digital asset systems.
  • Must have experience with Capture One Software.
  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Capture One, strobe lighting, Canon/DSLR cameras and lenses, and Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs & Sheets, Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom and Photoshop).
  • Excellent data management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and people skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The base salary range is $17–$20 per hour. The posted range reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis and may vary by state.
