About the role

The User Experience (UX) and Design Specialist will enhance digital interactions through research, experimentation, design improvements, and quality assurance. This role combines creative problem-solving with analytical thinking to optimize user engagement, conversion, and overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates, engagement, retention, and pricing effectiveness across digital experiences.
  • Research and recommend modern UX frameworks, interactive features, and design approaches that improve acquisition and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and refine user experience concepts, prototypes, and design solutions using tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Own quality assurance processes for customer-facing web features, ensuring functionality, accessibility, consistency, and performance standards are maintained.
  • Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and research findings to identify UX opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct and support user research initiatives to uncover trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and experience teams to document requirements, define QA expectations, and support feature delivery.
  • Help maintain cohesive design standards and scalable patterns across multiple digital products and experiences.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business objectives and technical considerations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX design, product design, digital experience, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to analyze user behavior, research findings, surveys, and testing results to inform design decisions.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments that improve key business metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, v0, Cursor, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality, accessibility, and consistent user experiences.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decisions through data-backed recommendations.
  • Understanding of design systems and scalable UX patterns is preferred.
  • Experience with workflow and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Passion for sports, events, athlete development, or community-driven platforms is a plus.
