The Opportunity: As a leader in our Management Consulting practice, you will drive customer and employee experience strategies that build loyalty and engagement. Translate vision into action, inspire teams, and shape client engagements while upholding PwC’s standards for quality, integrity, and inclusion. Apply human-centered design principles to research user needs, create intuitive experiences, and optimize interactions across touchpoints. Foster innovation by integrating technology and converting market gaps into growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies to enhance customer and employee interactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize engagement across touchpoints.
  • Utilize human-centered design principles to conduct research and create intuitive, engaging experiences.
  • Drive business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful client engagements.
  • Mentor and guide teams in applying design thinking and innovation to solve complex client challenges.
  • Promote technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together.
  • Oversee multiple projects to maintain executive-level client relations and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Develop new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and enhance brand recognition.
  • Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions and improve user interface and experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Preference for candidates with a background in one of the following fields:

  • Business Administration/Management
  • Communications/Media
  • Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Design/Multimedia
  • Engineering

Pay

Salary range: $155,000 – $410,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
