User Experience Designer
About the role
Epic is seeking a UX Designer to lead the experience and visual design for several development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with end-users to understand their needs, conduct research, and collaborate with developers to create intuitive and beautiful applications.
Responsibilities
- Meet with end-users to establish an understanding of their unique needs
- Research user workflows and observe applications in use
- Work alongside developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture
- Demonstrate ideas through various levels of design: sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- Education or experience in user-centered design techniques
- Bachelor's degree or greater
- Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

- Strong portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
