User Access Review QA Analyst (contract)

About the role

We're ideally looking for someone with a Big Four IT audit background who has hands-on experience either auditing User Access Reviews (UARs) or executing UARs as a consultant or analyst. This individual will primarily support a second-line oversight function focused on UAR quality assurance. Please note that this is an operational, execution-focused role rather than a strategic or transformation-focused position.

Responsibilities

• Following up directly with reviewers regarding review completion and quality concerns
• Answering reviewer questions and providing guidance throughout the review process
• Escalating overdue reviews and other issues requiring management attention
• Performing quality checks and oversight activities to ensure reviews meet established standards
• Interacting directly with the client on a regular basis
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior UAR auditing, testing, or execution experience
• Any industry background is acceptable
• Preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones

Pay

Pay Rate Range: 110 - 120 USD hourly
