About the role
The User Access Management Analyst is responsible for the implementation, security, maintenance and access administration of Information Security managed technologies, including access controls across various distributed platforms. Focus on Identity Administration and Access Governance. Required to understand, adhere to, and enforce departmental and Corporate Security standards, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Implement, secure, and maintain Information Security managed technologies and access controls across distributed platforms.
- Administer user access with a focus on Identity Administration and Access Governance.
- Enforce departmental and Corporate Security standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent job experience.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
- At least 3 years of call center experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare business processes acumen/operational knowledge.
- UTIL exposure.
- Advanced Active Directory and user account management knowledge.
- Intermediate business productivity software knowledge.

- Flexibility to influence people at all levels.
- Advanced ability to coordinate methods, techniques, and evaluation of criteria across organizational silos to obtain optimal results.

Pay
Entry salary dependent upon education, experience, and skill set. Position wage range: $53,726.40 - $78,998.40/year.
