User Access Coordinator
Essential Functions
- Track and manage a high volume of requests using a shared tracking system
- Send and respond to emails to request information and follow up on outstanding items
- Monitor open requests and follow up regularly until they are completed
- Keep all tracking data accurate and up to date
- Identify delays and flag issues that need escalation
- Use templates and standard processes to keep communication consistent
Work Schedule & Location
This position is on-site in Brentwood, Tennessee. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We are a 24x7x365 business and rotational after-hours support may be required.

Requests are tracked accurately and updated in real time, follow-ups happen without needing reminders, very few requests are missed or delayed unnecessarily, and overall turnaround time improves because requests are actively managed.

- Comfortable working in structured tracking tools (Excel or similar)
- Clear, professional written communication
- Able to stay organized across many open items
- Consistent follow-through and reliability
