Responsibilities
- Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales division
- Work with and supervise Used Car Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
- Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
- Assist Used Car Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed

Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Succesful background in a financial / budgeting role
- Solid supervisory skills
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Must have and be able to market used automobiles on the internet
- Must have a valid drivers license
