Responsibilities
- Support all operational aspects of the Total Rewards "Center of Excellence" (COE)
- Partner with Global and Regional HR People Partners to implement and drive standard processes and procedures regarding annual Compensation programs, Health & Welfare, and retirement planning.
- Provide consultative and administration support related to benefits & compensation planning, analysis, and research.
- Support annual compensation review planning and open enrollment activities.
- Partner with Total Rewards team and other internal stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and People leaders to understand their issues related to compensation and benefits; provide education and counsel as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must Have Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of benefits or compensation administration experience
- Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across an organization, developing key relationships
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
