Position Summary
Maintains quality and accuracy of inventory by tracking and identifying freight manually or with computer software conducting audits on shipments and warehouse cycle schedules inspecting freight and products for correct quantities and conditions researching discrepancies preparing reviewing and analyzing reports and moving freight manually and with powered equipment
What you'll do...
- Provides basic maintenance to equipment eg cleaning inspecting changing labels and ribbons
- Prepares reviews and analyzes reports by entering data eg inventory adjustments recall vendor profile cycle test item details audits and accuracy information to appropriate file or system tracking inventory numbers and providing reports to leaders managers vendors and/or home office
- Maintains and documents inventory of salvaged donated and less than case freight by tracking and collecting damage adjustments processing damaged items separating and storing damaged freight according to food safety audit guidelines
- Processes and submits paperwork creates and maintains organized files and identifies and resolves discrepancies in records or files
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback
- Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices

Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months experience in Walmart Supply Chain clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing)
- OR 1 year’s experience in clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing)
