Position Summary

As a Staff Product Manager at Walmart, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder leadership, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. You will collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives, leverage data-driven decision making, and incorporate emerging technologies.

What you'll do

  • Co-own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Checkout experiences and platform capabilities across Walmart eCommerce.
  • Drive 0→1 product development, from opportunity identification and strategy definition through build, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, data science and business partners to ensure alignment on customer needs, business goals, and execution milestones.
  • Leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research to guide strategic decision-making and prioritize roadmap investments.
  • Influence executive stakeholders by framing tradeoffs, establishing KPIs, and advocating for initiatives that drive measurable customer and business impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
