(USA) Staff, Product Manager - Agentic Automation
Lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder leadership, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. Leverage data-driven decision making and emerging technologies to optimize product performance, influence cross-functional teams, and mentor peers.
About the team
The AI & New Offerings Team leverages artificial intelligence to support Spark Drivers, Last Mile Delivery Operators, and Product Managers in optimizing daily operations. The team develops agentic automations that enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
- Ship production-grade agentic automations from day one, to deliver on a multi-million dollar savings workstream
- Build, ship, and iterate on AI tools, agents, plugins, and skills that will allow PMs to become AI-native
- Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data, and Operations — removing blockers, driving alignment, and moving fast from discovery to deployment
- Own your workstream end-to-end: scope, build, ship, iterate — with a strong bias for action over process
- Partner with Data and Engineering teams to rapidly identify automation opportunities, validate through experimentation, and push winning solutions to production
Requirements
- Prior experience developing and deploying AI agents in production environments, with a strong grasp of agentic development best practices — including context management, cost optimization, and reliability at scale; this is a hands-on builder role that requires shipping code to production
- Strong understanding of AI agent architecture, including orchestration patterns, tool use, memory systems, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent coordination
- Ability to stay current with frontier model advances and evaluate emerging capabilities for practical application within product use cases
- Demonstrated experience selecting and combining open-source and frontier models to optimize for quality, latency, and total LLM spend
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
