About the Team

The People Partner organization supports Merchandising and Health & Wellness leaders in building high-performing teams that adapt quickly and deliver results. As part of this group, the Senior Manager, Program Management collaborates with People Leaders, People Partners, and business leaders to translate complex priorities into scalable solutions. The team brings clarity to ambiguity, leads cross-functional initiatives, and transforms strategy into sustainable actions that enhance organizational effectiveness and accelerate business outcomes. This role emphasizes structured execution, continuous improvement, and strong communication to drive impactful program management across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead execution of high-impact People and business initiatives by identifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, removing barriers, and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable people solutions across organizational design, talent, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and manage governance routines, execution plans, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and accelerate execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, simplifying ways of working, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Evaluate program health using data and insights, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (e.g., project management, compliance, operations management).
  • Project Management Certification.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
