(USA) Senior Manager, Incubation & Onboarding

Position Summary

As a Senior Manager, Incubation & Onboarding, you will own the early seller journey, ensuring newly acquired sellers successfully onboard, launch, and establish the foundation for long-term growth on Walmart Marketplace. This role serves as the bridge between Seller Acquisition and Strategic Account Management, partnering cross-functionally to accelerate seller readiness, improve onboarding experiences, and drive adoption of Walmart's growth solutions.

What you'll do...

• Owning the onboarding and activation experience for newly recruited Marketplace sellers.
• Driving seller readiness across account setup, integrations, fulfillment, compliance, and operational processes.
• Accelerating assortment launch, catalog quality, and offer discoverability.
• Driving adoption of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), Walmart Connect, and other seller growth solutions.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to sellers while partnering across Product, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Building scalable activation processes, tracking performance, and continuously improving the seller experience.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team focused on seller success and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or related area.
• Prior work experience in eCommerce.
