Position Summary

The (USA) Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in driving strategic recruitment initiatives by leveraging data insights, market intelligence, and advanced assessment techniques. This position supports business leaders in aligning talent strategies with organizational goals, managing sourcing channels, and enhancing candidate selection processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to optimize recruitment outcomes, improve process efficiencies, and deliver solutions that meet evolving workforce needs. The Senior Analyst contributes to continuous improvement efforts while upholding company values and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

About the team

The AI, Product & Design Talent Acquisition team partners with leadership to attract skilled professionals in AI, Product Management, UX Design, UX Research, and Content Design. Serving as trusted advisors, the team addresses complex hiring needs and drives strategic talent initiatives aligned with business goals. They provide data-driven insights to senior leaders, utilize market intelligence to inform decisions, and ensure a consistent recruitment experience. By managing detailed searches and building strong talent pipelines, the team supports innovation and contributes to delivering customer-focused products and experiences across Walmart.

What you'll do

  • Screens candidates using interview guides and hiring criteria.
  • Sources candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Builds and maintains candidate pipelines for open positions.
  • Pairs with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through offer acceptance.
  • Maintains accurate recruiting data and supports recruiting process improvements.

What you'll bring

  • Basic knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to screen candidates and conduct structured interviews.
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate recruiting data.
  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and support a fast-paced recruiting team.
  • Ability to analyze basic recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area.
  • Option 2: 2 years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business, human resources, or related field.
  • Experience in international or multicultural environments.
  • Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 in Bentonville, Arkansas US-30011 and $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 in Sunnyvale, California US-11789. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock options.
