(USA) Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

You will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality. You will work closely with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
