Position Summary

You will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

What you'll do...

  • Influence others by motivating your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects, encouraging collaboration and teamwork among associates, and resolving store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
  • Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders, understanding plans, and minimizing impact on store operations.
  • Develop associates by providing supervision and development opportunities, spending time listening and acting on ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns, evaluating talent, training and mentoring, providing recognition, and identifying career paths for associates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business or related field, 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams, Project Management - Management Professional Certification.

Shift

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and will change as the business needs. Associate will be based out of a home store but can expect to travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for RPC roles.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
