(USA) Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

You will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards.

• Resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Develop Associates by providing supervision, training, and mentorship.
• Provide recognition and identify career paths for associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification.

Shift

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and will change as the business needs.

Travel

Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home is a role requirement. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for RPC roles.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000.
