Position Summary

You will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality. You will work closely with store team leads to manage hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

What you'll do...

  • Influence others by motivating your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects, encouraging collaboration, and resolving store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
  • Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders, and minimizing impact on store operations.
  • Develop associates by providing supervision, training, mentoring, recognizing talent, and identifying career paths for team members.
  • Travel frequently to support projects across the US, averaging 10 to 12 hours per shift, with up to 1000 miles of travel from home.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
  • Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, or 3 years of experience in these areas.
  • Masters' degree in Business or related field, and 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams, preferred.
  • Project Management - Management Professional Certification, preferred.

Additional Information

  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must be able to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
  • Must sign an updated JD including the above language (effective January 1, 2021).

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
