(USA) Realty Project Coach

About the role

As a Realty Project Coach on the Realty Execution team for Walmart US, you will take ownership of store and club remodels, new store and club openings, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Walmart’s top-tier quality standards while partnering with store leadership to supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and keep initiatives on track. Frequent travel across the US is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new store and club openings, and special projects nationwide.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects aligned with business needs.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Minimize disruption to store operations during project execution.
• Provide supervision, development, and mentorship to associates.
• Listen to and act on associate ideas, suggestions, and concerns.
• Evaluate talent, provide recognition, and identify career paths for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area or
• 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.

Travel

• Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is required.
• Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, typically for 17–21 days at a time.
• Travel areas vary based on project workload and may span surrounding states or farther.
• Mileage reimbursement and paid overnight stays are provided for Realty Project Coach roles.

Shift

• Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.

Pay

• The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock for certain positions.
