Position Summary
You will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality. You will work closely with store team leads to manage hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership.
What you'll do...
- Influence others by motivating your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects.
- Lead and develop your team, providing supervision, training, and recognition.
- Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
- Travel frequently to support projects across the US, often away from home for extended periods.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating talent.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, or 3 years of experience in these areas.
- Master's degree in Business or related field, and 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams, preferred.
- Project Management - Management Professional Certification, preferred.
Additional Information
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to travel frequently, up to 1000 miles from home, and away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time.
- Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Salary Range
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000.
