Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for US.
- Identify new markets, customers, and partners in target regions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, utilities and consultants.
- Lead end-to-end tendering process including bid review, compliance, pricing, and submission.
- Ensure competitive techno-commercial offers submission & negotiation.
- Cook up with internal teams for technical and commercial accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and MBA (Marketing/International business) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Tendering in Transformers.
- International market experience in US.
