About the role
The Principal, Product Manager leads product strategy across multiple related products, driving organization-wide decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights. This role shapes long-term product vision, manages complex customer challenges, and oversees product lifecycle from concept to launch. Collaborating cross-functionally, the position influences senior stakeholders and promotes best practices in product management.
What you'll do
- Define and evolve product strategies across multiple related products, leveraging business and technology insights to identify market opportunities.
- Lead development and management of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource prioritization.
- Drive data-driven decision making by applying advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI innovation to validate assumptions and optimize outcomes.
- Build deep customer and business insights through research, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to inform product direction.
- Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-backed storytelling.
- Oversee product lifecycle from MVP creation to scalable launch and post-launch optimization.

- Skilled in guiding product lifecycle management, including MVP development and scalable launch execution.
- Able to assess emerging technologies and AI innovations to drive long-term product vision.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and elevating product management practices.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Science
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
