Join a team making a difference in healthcare! We are seeking a reliable Pouch Operator to support the production of IV therapies, premixed medications, renal therapies, and other sterile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate pouching and sealing equipment to package sterile solution bags.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform and document routine quality checks, cleaning, and inspections.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe 6S-controlled work environment.
• Report safety, quality, equipment, or production issues to supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic English communication and math skills.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 16 lbs. throughout the shift.
