Responsibilities

• Receives and thoroughly reviews and understands the Pouching job jackets, job specifications, and customer requirements.
• Performs Pouching job setup/changeover and operates/troubleshoots following all Accredo procedures and safety measures.
• Reports and corrects nonconforming issues, records and tracks production output and scrap, and reports runtime vs. downtime.
• Coordinates with Pouching packers and team to visually inspect and test film for quality defects.
• Checks all tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure good housekeeping is maintained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Computer experience.
• Able to operate basic machine tools and measuring devices.

Physical Demands

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
