About the role

Provides comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and managing Walmart‑developed programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Drives pharmacy and OTC sales and profit through effective merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, proper signing, inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cross‑functional relationship building, and analysis of economic trends and demographics. Models, enforces, and guides associates on customer‑service approaches to resolve needs, complaints, and issues within company standards. Oversees and participates in
