Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates on processes, procedures, new technology, tool functionality, and new program rollout. Responsibilities
- Follow company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps
- Follow proper procedures for handling merchandise; correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- Acknowledge members, verify membership cards, and identify member needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise
- Zone the area; arrange and organize merchandise
- Assist members with transporting items
- Maintain a safe shopping environment
- Maintain paperwork, logs, and other required documentation
- Execute emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with company security and safety practices
- Ensure area of responsibility is maintained by properly handling returns, zoning, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
