About the role

The (USA) Manager, Supply Chain Management oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role drives collaboration among stakeholders to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals while identifying and addressing supply chain disruptions. The manager leads process improvement initiatives, supports compliance, and fosters strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. By promoting continuous learning and operational excellence, this position ensures effective supply chain execution aligned with company standards and strategic objectives.

What you'll do

  • Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
  • Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transportation leaders, and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution and meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee performance reviews and provide corrective action recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support operational objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor associates, fostering professional growth and accountability.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on optimizing merchandise flow and network efficiencies.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage teams, mentor associates, and foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Expertise in data analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and exceptions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and implementing cost reduction strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence, motivate, and present recommendations to leadership and partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis, Retail Logistics Operations
  • Masters: Business, Masters: Logistics, Masters: Supply Chain
  • Six Sigma - Certification
